This labeled brain scan was created by Neuromorphometrics, Inc., following the methods described in Caviness Jr. et al. 1999.

The original T1 MRI scan is ‘OAS1_0340_MR1’ from the 'Cross-sectional’ set in the Open Access Series of Imaging Studies (OASIS).

Two labeling protocols were used:

General Segmentation from the Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital Center for Morphometric Analysis,
BrainCOLOR Cortical Parcellation.
