The CBWJ13 MR-histology rat atlas at age P80 is based on the P80 data from the publication:
Evan Calabrese, Alexandra Badea, Charles Watson, G. Allan Johnson (2013) "A quantitative magnetic resonance histology atlas of postnatal rat brain development with regional estimates of growth and variability.", Neuroimage 71:196-206. 10.1016/j.neuroimage.2013.01.017.
The GRE data is a downscaled and compressed version of the dataset "Postnatal day 80 average gradient recalled echo image (25 microns isotropic)", use the CIVM plugin to access full resolution data.
Abbreviations for the delineated regions are taken from the NeuroNames ontology 2012, except for those in between square brackets.
The ac origin is defined as "Junction of the rostral and dorsal tangential planes of the anterior commissure with the mid-sagittal plane", and corresponds to voxel [953,340,379] in the original NIFTI dataset (counting the first voxel in each dimension as 1).
The template has been imported to the Scalable Brain Atlas by Rembrandt Bakker (Donders Institute, Radboud University Nijmegen).
