About this atlas

The population-averaged 3D DTI atlas of the normal adult Sprague Dawley rat brain has been developed by Jelle Veraart under supervision of Jan Sijbers from the iMinds-Vision Lab at the University of Antwerp.

The origin is defined as "Junction of the rostral and dorsal tangential planes of the anterior commissure with the mid-sagittal plane", and corresponds to voxel (123,103,107), where voxel (0,0,0) is the most (left,posterior,inferior).
